Greatly enjoyed efficient and excellent staff and fairly large hotel.
Had brand-new king room with a very modern bathroom and handicap facilities plus comfy beds. The hotel was in an excellent location, close to town centre.

Very nice house on the outskirts of Perth. Thanks to well insulated windows absolutely quiet despite the direct street in front of the door. Very nicely equipped (there is a Nespeesso coffee machine in the room) and the staff very friendly.

Very nice old house with authentic furnishings and good breakfast buffet.
The location to the city centre was a bit off the beaten track, but within easy walking distance. The furnishing of the house is probably a little outdated.

A traditional building in typical Scottish style. Accomodation very clean indeed, extremely comfortable and all decor and furnishings of good quality and to a high standard. The proprietor was professional, friendly and attentive. Fresh delicious food available and very comfortable homely well furnished public rooms. The nicest B&B I have stayed in and I shall certainly return. Perth very easy to get to by train. The location of Sunnybank is within walking distance of the railway station and is ideally situated for the renowned Branklyn Garden just 100 yards up the road, or for a walking tour of Perth. The municipal gardens just accross the road from Sunnybank go right into town beside the river and are beautifully tended. An enjoyable stay.

Super king double room boasts sunlight and spaciousness, great for unwinding. Breakfast selection impresses with standout scrambled eggs, while the fan setup provides welcome relief from heat.
Room 8 gets quite stuffy, needing windows open for cooling, which leads to some road noise-ear plugs advised for light sleepers. The absence of a mobile showerhead is a missed functionality, too.
